Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the Alterations department. You will welcome customers, manage appointments, answer phones, and help ensure garments are prepared for pickup.

You will use store systems to deliver five-star service, handle transactions accurately, and promote alterations services while maintaining store standards and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or a specialty store is preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, on the phone, or via virtual chats.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments to ensure pristine condition before delivery.
• Accurately process transactions and assist with store operations as needed.
• Escort customers to alterations for appointments and maintain a clean alterations room.
• Support inventory and quality standards, and escalate issues to the Alterations Manager when needed.
