Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our alterations team. You will welcome customers, service their needs, schedule appointments, and ensure garments are ready for pickup with a five-star service mindset.

Daily tasks include pressing, steaming, and inspecting garments, assisting with inventory, and guiding customers through alterations options while maintaining store standards and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and adapt communication style.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience using POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via chat and help them with alterations needs.
• Schedule appointments and manage alterations workflow.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments before delivery.
• Maintain store standards and assist customers with alterations options.
