Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist via phone, chat, and in person with a friendly, problem-solving approach.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and ensure a five-star experience.
• Explain alterations options and promote services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the alterations area.
• Assist with appointments, pickups, and inventory tasks as needed.
