Job summary

David’s Bridal seeks an Alterations Customer Service Representative to greet customers, answer phones, schedule alterations appointments, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone and via online chats with enthusiasm and problem-solving skills.
• Manage customer flow using systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Press, steam, and spot-clean garments and ensure quality prior to delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized alterations room and assist with inventory tasks.
• Escalate issues to the Alterations Manager as needed and support the store team.
