Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to welcome customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup. The Alterations CSR reports to the Store Manager and contributes to a five-star customer experience.

Responsibilities include using store systems to manage customer flow, promoting alterations services, and maintaining a clean, organized alterations area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store recommended.
• Prior sewing experience helpful but not required.
• Experience with computerized POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or via chat.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and ensure garments are ready for pickup.
• Assist with appointments, pressing garments, and Quality control before delivery.
