Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver a five-star service experience. You will greet customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, press garments, and prepare items for pickup.

As a CSR, you will coordinate with the Alterations team, promote alterations and personalization options, and maintain store standards. You will also handle POS transactions and support inventory and checkout processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers over the phone, virtual chats and in person, adapting style to solve problems.
• Manage customer flow using all systems to deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and maintain store standards.
• Escort customers to alterations and ensure garments ready for pickup.
• Press, steam, and spot clean merchandise; and support inventory/checkout tasks.
• Handle transactions accurately at POS and escalate issues to Alterations Manager when needed.
