David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service in the alterations department. The CSR will welcome customers, schedule appointments, answer phones, and assist with alterations while maintaining store standards.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the role emphasizes five-star customer experience, problem solving, and collaboration with the leadership team to resolve issues and ensure timely pickups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm in person, on the phone, or via chats.
• Assist with appointments, service needs, and store workflow.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and follow quality checks.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap and assist leadership as needed.
