Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to welcome and assist customers, schedule alterations, and support the alterations team. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience across in-store, phone, and virtual channels.

The CSR will promote alterations services, assist with appointments and processing, and help maintain an organized alterations area in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail apparel experience preferred.
• Sewing experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person, on the phone, or via chat and provide a friendly, efficient service.
• Manage customer flow and appointments to deliver a five-star experience.
• Explain alterations options and promote services to customers.
• Assist with using systems to track orders, pickups and payments.
• Ensure the alterations area is clean, organized and ready for customers.
