David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Alterations department and provide an exceptional customer experience. The CSR will welcome customers, schedule appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup, reporting to the Store Manager.

The role emphasizes assisting multiple customers, upselling alterations services, and maintaining store standards while upholding dress-code policies and delivering Five-Star

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail apparel or specialty-store experience.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers via phone, chat, and in person with enthusiasm.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist with appointments and pickups.
• Escort customers to alterations and ensure timely delivery and pickup.
