David’s Bridal seeks a part-time Alterations Customer Service Representative to welcome and assist customers, schedule fittings, and support alterations operations. You will handle phone and in-person inquiries, process purchases, and ensure a five-star service experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of retail experience; sewing experience is helpful. The role includes benefits and part-time scheduling in a bustling store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm via in person, phone or chats and resolve issues with clear communication.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for all customers.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and escalate when needed.
• Explain alterations options and how they can improve the dress for events.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and ensure a clean, organized experience.
• Assist with inventory management and processing orders and pickups.
