David’s Bridal seeks an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers in-store, by phone, and online. You will support scheduling, alterations, and personalized services while upholding store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat visits. Prior sewing and POS experience are beneficial for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Sewing experience is helpful for alterations tasks.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or online with enthusiasm.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and scheduling.
• Support alterations services and personalization options for customers.
• Assist with inventory, machinery and room organization to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain dress code and store standards while delivering five-star service.
