• 1-2 years retail experience preferred in apparel or specialty store.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm in person, on phone, or via chat and resolve issues clearly.
• Manage customer flow with systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain alterations room and ensure items are ready for pickup.
• Assist with appointments, pressing garments, and basic alterations coordination.
