Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver a superior customer experience. The CSR will welcome and assist customers, schedule appointments, handle phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup with attention to quality.

The role supports the alterations team, maintaining store standards and providing five-star service across all touchpoints. A background in retail and sewing experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Welcome customers via phone, chat, or in person with friendly enthusiasm.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Support alterations services and clothing personalization options.
• Greet, escort, press, steam and prepare garments for pickup with care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm and adapt communication to solve problems.
• Manage customer flow and ensure a five-star experience across channels.
• Adhere to service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs, Be There for customers.
• Escalate issues to Alterations Manager when needed.
