Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an outstanding in-store customer experience. The CSR welcomes customers, assists with appointments, answers phones, and helps staff with pressing and preparing garments for pickup.

You will work under the Store Manager, maintain store standards, promote alterations services, and ensure garments are inspected before delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment recommended.
• Prior sewing experience helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with enthusiasm over the phone, chats and in person; adapt communication style to solve problems.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for all customers; complete operational checklist tasks.
