Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. As part of the Alterations team, you will collaborate with the Alterations Manager, maintain standards, and support inventory and cash wrap processes to help every customer feel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment preferred.
• Prior sewing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm in-person, over the phone, and via chats.
• Manage customer flow using systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Support store operations and perform tasks assigned by management.
