David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver a five-star alterations and customer service experience. The CSR greets customers, schedules appointments, assists with pressing garments, and ensures items are ready for pickup while upholding store standards.

You will work with the Alterations team to promote services, manage multiple customers, handle checkout tasks, and maintain a clean, organized alterations room for a seamless shopping experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store
• Prior sewing experience is helpful
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain alterations room cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with inventory, special orders, and pickups.
• Process transactions accurately at cash wrap.
• Seek guidance from Alterations Manager for unresolved issues.
