Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm in-person, over the phone, or via chat.
• Manage customer flow to provide a five-star service experience using all systems.
• Assist with alterations luminaries: appointments, pressing, and ensuring timely pickups.
• Communicate how alterations enhance the dress for events and provide personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and ensure promotional readiness and organized space.
