David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional in-store and online experience. You will greet customers, answer calls, book appointments and assist with sewing tasks as part of the alterations department.

This role emphasizes five-star service and collaboration with the Store Manager. The position requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of retail experience; sewing skills are a plus, and prior POS use is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone or virtually with enthusiasm.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist with appointments and pickups.
• Support communications and problem resolution with customers and leadership.
