David’s Bridal in Maple Grove seeks an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver a five‑star experience for wedding and event customers. You will greet clients, schedule alterations, answer phones, and help manage garment processing in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers via phone, chat or in person with friendly enthusiasm and clear communication.
• Manage customer flow using all systems to deliver five-star service.
• Attend to service vows and operational tasks to meet customer needs.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and resolve concerns with leadership support.
• Explain how alterations influence dress fitting and partner with Alterations for scheduling.
