Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Alterations) to provide an exceptional experience for alterations customers. You will welcome clients in-store, over the phone, and via virtual channels, manage appointments, and coordinate with the alterations team to ensure alterations are completed on time.

The role emphasizes friendly, solution-oriented interactions, upselling alterations services, and maintaining high store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and virtually with friendly enthusiasm.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for all customers.
• Assist alterations customers and promote services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards: clean, organized, and promotional ready.
• Greet and escort alterations customers to appointments; press, steam, and spot clean merchandise.
• Inspect garments before delivery to ensure pristine condition.
