David’s Bridal in Missouri is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an A+ customer experience in the alterations department. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickups.

This part-time role emphasizes cheerful service, effective use of POS systems, ability to multitask, and collaboration with the Alterations Manager. Prior sewing experience is helpful, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years retail experience.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by phone, chat, and in person with friendly enthusiasm.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist customers for alterations pickups.
• Process transactions accurately and assist inventory as needed.
