Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an A+ customer experience in-store. You will welcome customers, schedule and manage alterations appointments, answer phones, and support the alterations team to ensure items are ready for pickup.

This role requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years retail experience, and comfort with POS systems; prior sewing experience is helpful.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Press, steam, and inspect garments before final delivery to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized alterations room and support appointment scheduling.
