Job summary

David’s Bridal seeks an Alterations Customer Service Representative to greet and assist customers, schedule alterations, and coordinate with the Alterations team. You will press, steam, and prepare garments for pickup, providing a five-star service experience in a busy retail environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–2 years in apparel retail; sewing experience is helpful. Strong phone and communication skills, plus basic POS knowledge, are required.

Qualifications

• Sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, on the phone, and online with friendly enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star service using all systems.
• Assist with alterations, promotions, and appointments as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the alterations area.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate to the Alterations Manager when necessary.
• Maintain dress code standards and positive store atmosphere.
