Job summary

David’s Bridal in Greenville, SC seeks an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an A+ customer experience across in-person, phone, and online interactions. You’ll welcome customers, schedule appointments, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup.

You will work with Alterations to promote services, maintain store standards, assist with inventory and transactions, and support the Alterations Manager to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers over phone, chat, and in person with enthusiasm.
• Use systems to manage customer flow for five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and organize alterations room.
• Assist with appointments, pickups, and inventory processes.
