Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal or special occasion preferred.
• Prior POS system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone or virtually and resolve conflicts.
• Assist stylists in closing sales by advising on gown fit and alterations.
• Maintain alterations room and inspect garments for pristine condition before delivery.
• Manage alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming and spot cleaning to company standards.
• Provide accurate product and service information and address customer questions promptly.
• Support store cash wrap and process transactions with accuracy.
• Promote alteration services and personalization options to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure pricing aligns with company standards and maintain high quality service.
