Job summary

David’s Bridal seeks an Alterations Customer Service Representative to welcome customers, schedule appointments, answer phones, and assist with alterations coordination. The role focuses on delivering an A+ customer experience through personal interactions, problem solving, and efficient service in the alterations department.

The CSR ensures garments are steamed, pressed, and prepared for pickup, while maintaining store standards and collaborating with the Alterations Manager to resolve issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred in apparel or specialty stores.
• Prior sewing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via chats with clear, friendly communication.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star service using store systems.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Ensure garments are prepared for pickups and completed with quality checks.
