Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for customers, schedule and support alterations appointments, and assist with pressing and finishing garments.

You will work with the Alterations team under the Store Manager, greet customers, answer phones, process transactions, and uphold store standards while maintaining a friendly, inclusive service environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty stores is preferred.
• Sewing experience is helpful for alterations.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or via chat and solve problems clearly.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Assist with appointments, repairs, pressing garments, and pickups.
• Maintain store standards and assist with transactions accurately.
