Job summary

David’s Bridal in California seeks an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to greet customers, schedule appointments, press garments and prepare items for pickup. You will engage customers in person, over the phone, and via chat, delivering a five-star experience.

Excellent communication, problem solving and POS proficiency are essential, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided in alterations processes and customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience helpful.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm across phone, chat and in person.
• Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star service.
• Meet all service vows and operational tasks.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options to customers.
