David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Alterations department and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a retail setting. The CSR reports to the Store Manager and may assist with appointments, phone inquiries, and preparing garments for pickup.

The role emphasizes welcoming customers, promoting alterations services, maintaining store standards, and collaborating with the Alterations team to ensure a flawless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with enthusiasm over phone, chats and in person.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star service using all systems.
• Meet all service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for all customers.
