Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR greets customers, assists with appointments, answers phones, and ensures alterations are ready for pickup with five-star service.

You will collaborate with the Alterations Manager to resolve issues and maintain a clean, organized alterations area, delivering a superior shopping experience. Key duties include welcoming customers in person, over the phone, and via chat; promoting alterations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Sewing experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with computerized POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or via chat.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and appointments to deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and ensure items are ready for pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized alterations room and support store standards.
