David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an exceptional in-store and online experience. This role reports to the Store Manager and may involve welcoming customers, scheduling appointments, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.

The CSR will uphold store standards, assist with inventory, and support all cash wrap activities while maintaining a welcoming, five-star service mindset across multiple customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus with a friendly, problem-solving approach.
• Strong phone skills and clear communication in person and virtually.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and maintain Five-Star service.
• Experience with POS and merchandise processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm in person, by phone, and online chats.
• Manage customer flow using systems to deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and options to customers.
• Maintain alterations area and ensure quality checks before delivery.
• Assist with appointments, pickups, and cash wrap tasks.
