Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our store team. You will welcome customers, book appointments, answer inquiries, press garments, and prepare items for pickup while delivering a five-star customer experience.

You will promote alterations services, maintain clean, organized spaces, assist with inventory and POS transactions, and escalate issues to the Alterations Manager when needed to ensure every customer feels celebrated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Assist with alterations services, appointments, and order pickups.
• Press, steam, and spot clean garments and ensure quality before delivery.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and adhere to store standards.
• Support cash wrap and process transactions accurately; escalate issues to Alterations Manager when needed.
