Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to welcome and assist customers across in-store, phone, and online channels. You will schedule alterations, answer inquiries, and ensure garments meet high quality and timing standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm over phone, virtual chats, and in-person; problem-solve and resolve conflicts.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for customers and complete operational checklists.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and collaborate with leadership to address concerns.
• Explain how alterations can enhance dress fit for events in partnership with Alterations.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards for a flawless shopping experience.
