Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an exceptional A+ customer experience in-store. The CSR will welcome customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup, while maintaining high dress code and store standards.

The role emphasizes friendly problem solving, effective communication, and partnership with alterations to promote services and fulfill customer needs across channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store is preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with a computerized POS system is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person, over the phone, and via virtual channels with clear communication.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage customer flow to ensure five-star service.
• Press garments, steam, and ensure items are ready for pickup.
• Escalate issues to the Alterations Manager when needed and maintain store standards.
