Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide an A+ customer experience. The CSR greets customers, assists with alterations, and ensures garments are pressed and ready for pickup. You will manage appointments, answer calls, and promote alterations services in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, multitasking across customers, and maintaining store standards while collaborating with the Alterations team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in person, by phone, and online chats with a friendly tone.
• Schedule appointments and manage alterations flow for efficient service.
• Operate POS terminals and process transactions accurately.
• Ensure garments are pressed, steamed, and ready for pickup.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and promote services.
• Escalate complex issues to the Alterations Manager when needed.
