Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an A+ experience for customers, greet and assist guests in person, on the phone, or online, and help coordinate alterations appointments with the store team.

You will manage multiple customers, process transactions accurately at POS terminals, promote alterations services, press and inspect garments, and strive to exceed expectations while upholding dress code and store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail apparel experience preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, on the phone, and online.
• Schedule appointments and manage alterations flow.
• Answer phones and handle checkout with accuracy.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments before delivery to customer.
