Job summary

David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to greet customers, answer questions, schedule appointments, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup. The CSR reports to the Store Manager and delivers an A+ customer experience in a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail apparel experience.
• Experience with computerized POS systems.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and online with enthusiasm.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments to ensure quality before delivery.
• Escort customers to alterations and coordinate pickups.
• Maintain neat, promotion-ready store and accurate cash wrap.
• Resolve customer issues with support from the Alterations Manager.
