David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to welcome customers, book appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup. You will use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.

You’ll promote alterations services, maintain store standards, assist with inventory, and handle transactions accurately at the cash wrap.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and virtually with enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow using store systems to deliver a five‑star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Press, steam, and spot clean garments and ensure items are ready for pickup.
• Handle transactions accurately at the cash wrap and support store standards.
• Escalate issues to Alterations Manager as needed.
