Job summary

David's Bridal is seeking a dedicated Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to welcome and serve customers, manage appointments, and assist with alterations to ensure an exceptional shopping experience. This on-site role reports to the Store Manager and emphasizes friendly, problem-solving interactions across in-person, phone, and virtual channels.

The CSR will press garments, assist with pickups, and maintain store standards while promoting alterations services and personalization

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Prior sewing and POS system experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and via chat, solving problems effectively.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Assist with alterations process, appointments, and ensuring ready-for-pickup items.
