Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the alterations department and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via chats, assist with appointments, and ensure garments are prepared for pickup with care.

You will operate POS terminals, maintain the alterations area, and collaborate with the Alterations Manager to resolve issues, uphold store standards, and build lasting customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and virtually.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Maintain store standards and assist with alterations as needed.
• Explain alterations options and promote services.
• Prepare garments and ensure readiness for pickup.
• Escalate issues to Alterations Manager when needed.
