Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to enhance the Alterations department and deliver a superior customer experience. You will welcome and assist customers, schedule appointments, and ensure items are ready for pickup while upholding store standards.

You will press, steam, and inspect garments, manage customer flow with POS systems, and build lasting relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or via chat.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Escort alterations customers to appointments and ensure timely pickups.
• Press, steam, and spot-clean garments and inspect for pristine condition.
• Maintain store standards and organizational readiness for a flawless shopping experience.
• Handle transactions accurately and support cash wrap processes.
