David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver a five-star experience for customers in the alterations department. The CSR greets and assists customers, schedules appointments, answers phones, and coordinates with the Alterations Manager as needed.

The role emphasizes promoting alterations services, maintaining store standards, and ensuring garments are properly prepared for pickup, with a focus on exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm over phone, virtual chats, and in person.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Assist alterations operations and promote alterations services.
• Maintain store standards and ensure a flawless shopping experience.
• Press, steam, and spot clean merchandise; verify garments are pristine before delivery.
