David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service in our alterations department. You will greet customers, manage appointments, and coordinate with the Alterations Manager to resolve issues while ensuring a flawless shopping experience.

The role emphasizes high standards for customer care, efficient use of POS systems, and collaboration with store teams to meet service vows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, or via virtual chats with enthusiasm and clear communication.
• Manage customer flow using store systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Support alterations services and promote personalization options.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and follow quality checks before delivery.
• Assist with appointments, greetings, and coordinating with the Alterations Manager as needed.
