Job summary

David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver a five-star customer experience in-store, over the phone, and via chat. You will welcome customers, assist with alterations appointments, press garments, and ensure orders are ready for pickup.

You will promote services, maintain a clean alterations space, and resolve issues in collaboration with the Alterations Manager to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Prior sewing experience helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers in person, on phone or chat with genuine enthusiasm and solve problems clearly.
• Manage customer flow using all systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Assist with alterations bookings, fittings and promotions to meet customer needs.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options to drive sales.
• Press, steam and spot-clean merchandise and ensure quality before delivery to customer.
• Maintain a clean, organized alterations area and support store standards.
