Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver a five-star customer experience. You will welcome customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup.

Responsibilities include managing customer flow, promoting alterations services, and maintaining a clean, supportive alterations area. Prior sewing and POS experience are helpful for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system (cash wrap).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats with enthusiasm and clarity.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Ensure garments are pressed, steamed and checked for quality before delivery.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and adhere to dress code.
