The role emphasizes five-star service, problem solving, and teamwork with the Store Manager and Alterations team. Strong communication, sewing familiarity, and ability to handle multiple tasks at once are key for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with questions in store, over the phone and online.
• Manage customer flow and appointments to deliver a five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Press, steam and prep garments for pickup and delivery.
• Maintain store standards and assist with inventory and checkout duties.
