Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional service, welcome customers, and coordinate alteration appointments and pickups. You will engage customers across in-store, phone, and online channels, ensuring a seamless alteration experience.

Responsibilities include promoting alterations services, maintaining presentation, and collaborating with the Alterations team to meet customer needs while upholding Dress Code and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred in apparel or specialty store environments.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or via virtual chats, adapting to customer needs.
• Manage customer flow and deliver five-star experiences using store systems.
• Assist with alterations appointments, greetings, and pickup readiness while maintaining store standards.
