Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to welcome customers, book appointments, answer phones, press garments and ensure items are ready for pickup.

You will maintain a five-star service standard, work with the Alterations team, and uphold store cleanliness and organization to ensure a flawless shopping experience. Experience with sewing and POS systems is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person.
• Use systems to manage customer flow to deliver five-star experience.
• Meet service vows and operational checklist tasks.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards for a flawless shopping experience.
• Greet and escort alterations customers to appointments.
• Press, steam, and spot clean merchandise.
• Inspect garments for quality before delivery to customer.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
