Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an A+ customer experience. The role involves welcoming customers, coordinating alterations, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and ensuring garments are prepared for pickup.

Under the Store Manager, you will maintain high service standards, assist with transactions, promote alterations, and keep the alterations area clean and organized to support a flawless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful for alterations.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers over phone, chat, and in person with friendly enthusiasm.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and scheduling of appointments.
• Ensure alterations are pressed, steamed, and ready for pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized alterations area and uphold dress code standards.
