Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver a high level of service in the alterations department. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup while maintaining store standards.

This is a part-time role with opportunities to contribute to a five-star customer experience, work closely with the Alterations Manager, and support inventory and checkout processes as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Sewing experience helpful for alterations tasks.
• Prior experience with computerized POS systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and virtually with enthusiasm and clear communication.
• Manage customer flow and appointments using store systems to deliver five-star service.
• Explain alterations options and promote services and personalization.
• Assist with alterations tasks, ensure items are ready for pickup, and maintain store standards.
• Support inventory and cash wrap processes with accuracy.
